Back in 2021, I wanted to share our flipping stories and renovation tips. Through that, Shankweiler & Co. was born. I started this blog on the first day of the new year in 2021 and created this same website. Over the last 3 years, it has been neglected but I continued to pay my yearly fee as I knew I was taking it somewhere eventually. Well here we are!
